Research work of the Department of Boxing, Weightlifting and Martial Arts

At the same time, the department is actively working on the problems of effectiveness of new training for scientific and methodological training of boxers for the highest qualification. Research is carried out in laboratory conditions and in sports practice, in the educational and training process in special interaction with the scientific and Research Institute of the academy and the complex scientific group for boxing.

According to the results of the study, practical recommendations for determining the optimal level of functional training of boxers for the highest qualification, including members of the national team of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The department regularly participates in scientific conferences, publishes the results of research in the journal “theory and methods of Physical Culture”. The Department of training takes part in the implementation of a comprehensive survey of members of the Kazakh team for boxing in the scientific research institute of the academy with the purpose of providing scientific and methodological assistance in the educational process of students.
