Doctor of pedagogical Sciences, Professor, academic Secretary of the academic and dissertation council. Headed the Department of gymnastics and swimming from 2014-2018. Graduate of the first set of postgraduate studies KazIFС (1993), after which she was among the first to successfully defend her PhD thesis. She worked as a scientific Secretary of the first doctoral dissertation council in Central Asia, collections of scientific articles of International congresses and conferences, EMC Academy, author of more than 80 scientific works in the field of theory and methodology of rhythmic gymnastics, fitness aerobics, author of standard and training programs, rhythmic gymnastics curriculum for sports schools, boarding schools. The coach of the highest qualification of the 1st category, has the title of judge of the international category. Founder of the children’s rhythmic gymnastics section of the Academy, whose students became winners and prize-winners of Championships, Cups, sports Competitions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international tournaments in group and individual competitions.

Honorary head of the Department, Professor of KazAST, associate Professor, honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He worked as an GPP coach for the youth national team of Kazakhstan, in the Premier League football teams in the period from 1998 to 2016.

By order of the Ministry of culture, information and public consent of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2002, he prepared a Kazakh-Russian and Russian-Kazakh terminology dictionary as part of a working group.

The head of the Department of gymnastics and swimming since 2018, PhD, International degree master of sports in artistic (synchronized) swimming. 2-time bronze medalist of the summer Asian games, 3-time bronze medalist of the Asian Championship, absolute champion of Kazakhstan, finalist of the world aquatics championship. She was a team captain of the national artistic (synchronized) swimming team of the Republic of Kazakhstan She has more than 25 scientific publications. She is the head of the research project of grant financing of the Ministry of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2021-2023 IRN AP09260551 on the topic “Development of scientifically based proposals to improve technical preparedness, psychological, pedagogical support for preparation of sport reserves in aquatic sports”

Associate Professor, candidate of pedagogical Sciences, Vice-rector for educational and methodical work, judge of the highest national category. From 1990 to the present, D. K. Nurmukhanbetova worked her way up from a teacher of the swimming Department of the Kazakh Institute of physical culture, senior lecturer, associate Professor of the Academy, head of the Department of gymnastics and swimming, Dean of the faculty of Olympic sports – to Vice-rector for educational and mass sports (2011-2014), and then Vice-rector for educational and methodological work KazAST (since 2014). she has published more than 40 scientific papers, she is the author of 6 electronic textbooks, 10 textbooks, and has 6 author’s certificates.  Conducts scientific guidance for undergraduates and doctoral students. She is the winner of the contest of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Best teacher 2009”, “Best teacher 2020”. She is a member of the group of the research project of grant financing of the Ministry of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2021-2023 IRN AP09260551 on the topic “Development of scientifically based proposals to improve technical preparedness, psychological, pedagogical support for preparation of sport reserves in aquatic sports”.

Associate Professor of KazAST, Honored coach of the Republic. He has been working at the Academy since 1998 as an associate Professor of the Department, Vice-President for sports, Director of the sports club KazAST. European champion, USSR Cup winner, 72-time champion and multiple record holder of the USSR and Kazakhstan. He completed a training course at the Higher school of coaches at the SCOLIPE, headed the national swimming team of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Summer Olympic Games in Sydney.
