Doshybekov Aydin Bagdatovich

Дошыбеков А.Б.Doshybekov Aydin Bagdatovich – Vice-rector for Science and Strategic Development of the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism, Ph.D., Associate Professor. The holder of the state scientific scholarship awarded to young talented scientists of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2017), the holder of the international scholarship “Bolashak” (2023).

In 2006, he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism with the qualification of a teacher of physical education and sport. From 2014 to 2017, he studied for a doctoral degree in the specialty “Physical Education and Sport”, after graduating in 2017, he defended his doctoral dissertation (Ph.D.). In 2022, he was awarded the academic title of Associate professor.

He began his career in 2007 as a teacher at the department.

Since 2018, he has been appointed head of the Department of Theoretical Foundations of Physical Education and Sport.

Since 2021, he has been appointed head of the Department of Wrestling and National Sports. Since December 2023, he has been the Vice-Rector for Science and Strategic Development.

Over the past 5 years, more than 35 scientific papers have been published, of which 12 articles in journals included in the list of recommended journals by the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 9 articles in journals of the Scopus database with a percentile above 35, 2 monographs, 2 textbooks.

The field of scientific research: marketing in physical education and sport.

The implementation of scientific projects is recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan: head of the applied project, AP14871202 «Virtual foresight laboratory for the implementation of Olympic education in the system of general education school work» (2022-2024).

Subjects of study: theory and methodology of physical education; management of physical education and sport; marketing of physical education and sport.
