The program Youth practice for University graduates

Youth practice is organized for graduates of educational institutions in order to obtain graduates of the initial experience in the profession (specialty).

Youth practice is designed specifically for unemployed graduates of educational institutions that implement educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary, higher and postgraduate education in the profession (specialty), completed training for 3 years, and not older than twenty-nine years.

Youth practice is organized in enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership.

Youth practice is conducted outside of permanent  jobs and out of vacancies for permanent jobs.
Such jobs may not be created in heavy work, work with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions.
The number of jobs for youth practice may not be limited.  Youth work practice is of a temporary nature.
Duration of youth practice is not more than 6 months.  As of December 1, 2018,  27.5 thousand young specialists have been sent to “youth practice”.
The size of the salary of the practice for youth practice per month from the national or local budgets is 25 monthly calculation indicators

To participate in the program, graduates must:

  • Apply to the employment Center under the akimat of your city or district.
  • Register as unemployed (not older than 29 years).

Submit documents:

  • copy of identity document;
  • copy of employment record (if any);
  • a copy of the document confirming the availability of technical and professional, post-secondary, higher and postgraduate education.

In addition, within the framework of the Program for the development of productive employment  and mass  entrepreneurship for 2017-2021, will create a base of educational institutions of professional education  and the portal “Electronic labor exchange”
