– Educational (introductory) practice (Full, 4-year-old on the basis of secondary school, 1st year);
To organize and conduct professional practices, a specialist in the practice of the Еducational Аdministration (EА), together with the heads of the graduating departments, developed and coordinated programs with practice bases, as well as timely concluded cooperation agreements.
Educational (introductory) practice is conducted in the 1st year. Educational and introductory practice is assigned to the Department of “Theoretical foundations of Physical Culture and Sports” and is conducted within the framework of the academic discipline “Introduction to the pedagogical specialty”. The program of educational (introductory) practice is developed in accordance with the requirements of the educational program.
Psychological and pedagogical practice (in educational schools) is conducted in the 2nd year. Psychological and pedagogical practice is aimed at educating students of a stable interest and a positive attitude to the profession of a teacher, practical acquaintance with the procedure for studying the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of a group of students, the formation of the ability to conduct a psychological and pedagogical analysis of a lesson (educational event). The purpose of psychological and pedagogical practice (in educational schools) is to introduce a student to the social environment of an organization (enterprise, institution) in order to acquire the competencies necessary for successful adaptation in the professional sphere.
Pedagogical practice is conducted in the 3rd year. Pedagogical practice is aimed at establishing links between theoretical knowledge gained in the study of social, psychological, pedagogical and special disciplines and practice; formation of students’ practical skills and skills in planning, organizing and conducting educational, extracurricular, educational work on the subject; formation of students’ ability to draw up relevant documentation in an educational institution in accordance with the requirements of the updated the content of secondary education. Pedagogical practice allows students to carry out diagnostic activities, adapt to school, form a communicative culture, develop organizational skills, tactics and strategy of pedagogical communication. The purpose of pedagogical practice is the formation of professional pedagogical competencies related to the implementation of the educational process of teaching in the education system, providing conditions for social and professional adaptation of students, mastering the norms and values of the pedagogical profession, acquiring students’ experience in practical pedagogical activity.
Professional research practice (in educational schools / in sports organizations) is conducted in the 4th year. Professional research practice is aimed at preparing students for independent and creative fulfillment of the main professional functions of a specialist in physical culture and sports in real conditions of “production” activity, selection of necessary materials and documentation for research activities. Forms professionally significant qualities of a future specialist in accordance with modern labor market requirements. It is the final stage of training and is carried out after students master the program of theoretical and practical training in order to accumulate their initial professional experience, check the readiness of the future graduate for independent work. The purpose of professional research practice is to test a professional position in the conditions of real activity: the formation of professional competence in the field of design, implementation and evaluation of the educational environment, educational / training process, selection of necessary materials and documentation for research activities. Acquisition of practical skills and teaching skills in educational institutions, completing the formation of competencies, as well as experience in independent professional activity.
For students of the MINOR program, an additional module is included in the program of industrial, рrofessional research practice, in accordance with the direction of the chosen trajectory. Tasks with reporting requirements for the module are developed by Minor teachers and heads of departments, coordinating Minor transfer them to the head of the practice for inclusion in the program of industrial, рrofessional research practice, also these teachers, by order of the academy, are part of the commission for the final conference to evaluate the implementation of the practice program as a whole.
In the 2023-2024 academic year, 3-party contracts with subsequent employment between the Academy, the student and the employer were concluded with 20 students to conduct industrial, pedagogical and pre-graduate practice, in order to expand cooperation with employers and increase the level of employment of graduates.
