Education work of Department of Gymnastics and Swimming.

The educational work is carried out by the faculty of the department among the students at the classes, in the dormitory, as well as during the preparation and conduct of events.

Organizational and information-methodical work.

Every year in September the annual plan of events on educational work of the department and individual plans of educational work of faculty members is  approved.

Social work.  

Teachers of the department are on duty during academic year according to the schedule of the Academy in the student dormitory in order to control the living conditions of non-resident students. Lists of students on an individual study schedule, as well as from low-income and large families, orphaned students are compiled to provide on demand.

Organization of the process of students’ health improvement.

During the period designated by the schedule of students’ medical examinations and registration in the polyclinic, editors controlled the passage of medical examinations, fluorography, held talks on the prevention of tuberculosis, AIDS, drug addiction, tobacco smoking, etc.

Organization of solution of questions on maintenance of law and order in the student community.

Special attention in work with students is paid to education and maintenance of law and order among youth, and fulfillment of rules of public behavior, as well as traffic rules. At training sessions methodical methods and recommendations on legal education, education of internationalism, humanism are given. Teachers of the department while on duty in the student dormitory held talks on the prevention of crime, organization of life of non-resident students living in the dormitory.

Organization of work of advisors.

Each adviser has a plan of educational work with students, approved at the meeting of the department (according to the plan of the department). The reasons for absenteeism and students’ progress in academic disciplines are constantly monitored. Meetings of students about their rights and obligations are held. Advisors advise students on the choice of educational trajectories and mobility. Explain the rules of using the AIS “Platonus”. Explain the schedule of program material of the studied disciplines during the academic year. As well as the system of control of attendance and progress of students in the electronic journal “Platonus” and other implemented platforms.

Civic and patriotic education.

At lectures and practical classes teachers draw students’ attention to the successes achieved in Kazakhstan in the issues of national unity, social justice and welfare of the people. In conversations the emphasis is made on education of feeling of patriotism, pride for the country and what should be the contribution of everyone in development of modern Kazakhstan.

– “On the political situation in the country and the world, on terrorism and the fight against it”

– “About world confessions”

– “Educational activities in social networks (webinars, flashmob, chelezhi).

Every year the students of the Department of Gymnastics and Swimming under the guidance of the faculty of Gymnastics and Swimming participate in the following events of the Academy and the city:

14.11.2023 on the Day of the Academy senior teacher of the Department of Gymnastics and Swimming Gusakov I.V. won the competition in the nomination “The best young teacher”.
