 4  Orynbayeva Ulserik Kydyrbaykyzy holds a PhD in Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages and is an associate professor, head of the department of Kazakh and Russian languages at the Olympic sports faculty of the Kazakh academy of sport and tourism. She has 35 years of overall teaching experience. She carries out teaching, research, and organizational and methodological activities within the system of higher education.She is the author of more than 70 scholarly publications, including articles published in international peer-reviewed journals indexed in SCOPUS, CCSES RK, and AWRG, as well as monographs, textbooks, teaching and methodological manuals, and electronic educational resources. She holds copyright certificates for instructional and methodological developments.

For her many years of contribution to the development of education and science in the Republic of Kazakhstan, she has been repeatedly awarded honorary certificates and letters of appreciation. She actively participates in international and national scientific conferences and academic mobility programs. As a scholarship holder of the ERASMUS program, she delivered lectures at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” (Republic of Bulgaria).

Orynbayeva U.K. also carries out expert activities in the field of accreditation and evaluation of higher and postgraduate educational programs, as well as in independent agencies for quality assurance in education.

Her research interests include methods of teaching foreign languages, the formation of students’ communicative and reflective competencies, the development of professional competencies of students of non-linguistic specialties, and the implementation of innovative educational technologies in higher education.

 1 Aituganova Aliya Nurkenovna – Master of Pedagogical Sciences in “Russian Language and Literature”, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Kazakh and Russian Languages at the Olympic Sports Faculty of the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism. Her total teaching experience is 35 years. She carries out teaching, scientific, organizational and methodological activities in the system of higher education. She is the author of more than 40 scientific publications, including articles in international peer-reviewed journals indexed in SCOPUS, KOKSON RK, and RINC, as well as monographs, textbooks, teaching manuals, and electronic educational resources. She holds authorship certificates for educational and methodological developments. For her long-term contribution to the development of education and science in the Republic of Kazakhstan, she has been repeatedly awarded certificates of honor and letters of appreciation. She actively participates in international and national scientific conferences and academic mobility programs. Her research interests include the methodology of teaching Russian language, development of students’ communicative and reflective competencies, enhancement of professional competencies of non-language majors, and implementation of innovative educational technologies in higher education.

 nfslfn; Minbaeva Sariya Mutalipovna is a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, specializing in Theory and Methods of Teaching and Education (Russian Language in Primary, Secondary, and Higher Education), an Associate Professor accredited by the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK), and an Associate Professor of the Department of Kazakh and Russian Languages at the Olympic Sports Faculty of the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism. She is an Honored Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and has 45 years of teaching experience. She carries out teaching, research, and organizational and methodological activities in higher education. She is the author of more than 100 scientific publications, including textbooks and teaching aids such as «Через века, Абай, мы слышим твоё Слово …» (Almaty: KAST, 2020) and «Расправь свои крылья!» (Almaty: KAST, 2024), among others. She serves as a reviewer and holds authorship certificates for educational and methodological developments. For her long-term contribution to the development of education and science in the Republic of Kazakhstan, she has been repeatedly awarded certificates of honor and letters of appreciation. She actively participates in international and national scientific conferences. Students supervised by S. M. Minbaeva take part in national and international competitions, Olympiads, and conferences, winning prize places. Her research interests include methods of teaching the Russian language, the formation of students’ communicative and reflective competencies, the development of professional competencies of students of non-linguistic specialties, and the implementation of innovative educational technologies in higher education.

For her long-term contribution to the development of education and science in the Republic of Kazakhstan, she has been repeatedly awarded certificates of honor and letters of appreciation.  322 Tolkyn Zhanatovna Akylbayeva has been a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Kazakh, Russian and Foreign Languages at the Olympic Sports Faculty of the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism since 2008. She received her education in several stages: in 1986 she entered the Panfilov Pedagogical College and graduated in 1989 with a diploma. In 2004, she enrolled in the Almaty Pedagogical Institute for Girls, Faculty of Philology, and graduated in 2008. In 2009, she continued her studies at the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism, where she received a diploma with honors in 2011. Her academic and professional career began as Head of the Archive at the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism, where she worked from 1999 to 2013. From 2000 to 2018, she served as Methodologist of the Olympic Sports Faculty, and from 2016 to 2018, she was Deputy Dean of the Faculty. She is the author of numerous scientific publications, including articles in national and international journals, methodological manuals, and monographs. She has been repeatedly awarded letters of appreciation and honorary certificates for involving students with disabilities and Russian-speaking students in national competitions «Abay Readings» and «Mukagali Makataev Readings». She was awarded commemorative badges on the 75th–80th anniversaries of the Academy. In 2023, by the decision of the Kazakhstan Teachers’ Association, she was awarded the “Excellence in Education” badge for her significant contribution to education. She has received numerous certificates during professional development.

 2 Berdillayeva Mendikȳz Beksultanovna is a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Kazakh and Russian Languages at the Olympic Sports Faculty of the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism. She holds a Master’s degree. Her total work experience is 35 years. She carries out teaching, research, and organizational-methodological activities within the system of higher education.

She is the author of more than 30 scientific publications, including works recommended by the KOKSON RK, one monograph, textbooks and teaching and methodological manuals, as well as electronic educational resources.

She has been awarded the badge “For Contribution to the Development of the Academy.”

Her research interests focus on issues of methodology of teaching the Kazakh language, mechanisms for developing learners’ communicative and reflective competence, ways of enhancing the professional competence of students of non-linguistic specialties, and the effective implementation of innovative educational technologies in higher education.

 3 Segizbayeva Maryash Akashevna – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Kazakh and Russian Languages of the Olympic Sports Faculty at the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism. Her total teaching experience is 45 years, including 36 years in the system of higher education. She carries out teaching, scientific, organizational and methodological activities in the field of training specialists for higher education. She is the author of more than 26 scientific publications, including articles in journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, publications in international peer-reviewed journals indexed in the Scopus database, as well as textbooks and teaching manuals. She actively participates in international and national scientific and practical conferences, seminars and professional development programs. She conducts systematic work on the development of educational and methodological complexes, implementation of innovative teaching technologies, interactive teaching methods and modern educational resources. She has been repeatedly awarded certificates of honor and letters of appreciation for her long-term contribution to the development of education and training of qualified specialists. Her research interests are related to the methodology of teaching Russian and Kazakh languages in higher education, the use of corpus technologies in the educational process, the development of students’ linguistic and communicative competencies, and the implementation of innovative approaches in teaching language disciplines.

 1111 Bolganbayeva Bayan Duysenbekovna – Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty “Philosophy” (history of philosophy, social philosophy), Associate Professor certified by the Higher Attestation Commission, Associate Professor of the Department of Kazakh and Russian Languages at the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism. Her total teaching experience is 46 years. She carries out teaching, scientific, organizational and methodological activities in the system of higher education. She is the author of two monographs devoted to the study of spiritual heritage in education, as well as more than 30 scientific publications. She actively participates in international and national scientific conferences and educational projects. Within the framework of the academic mobility program, in 2005–2015 she was on a scientific and pedagogical assignment in the People’s Republic of China, where she taught Chinese students and postgraduates the following disciplines: Russian language, country studies, international relations and business. She is a laureate of the Chinese State Award for foreign specialists. She is a professor at universities in China and Turkey, as well as a professor at the Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University. Her research interests are related to language teaching methodology, history of philosophy, cultural studies and logic. She has visited more than 30 universities around the world, including in the USA (State University of New York, Brooklyn Language University, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Bryn Mawr College for Women, Niagara University), as well as in Turkey, China, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Greece, Italy, Spain, Qatar, Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and other countries for the purpose of exchanging pedagogical and scientific experience.
