From September 31 to October 6, 2018, the Annual All-Russian meeting of students of universities of physical culture and sport took place in Russia in the city of Sochi.

        From September 31 to October 6, 2018, the Annual All-Russian meeting of students of universities of physical culture and sport took place in Russia in the city of Sochi. This year, the event acquired international status, and the first to attend were representatives from Kazakhstan and Bulgaria. Our Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism took part from Kazakhstan. Four of the most active students were elected to participate in this international event: Serikova Sayana,the 4th year student of the Olympic Sports Faculty, Narbaeva Eliza, the 3rd year student of the Tourism Faculty, Kenzhebaeva Maral, the 3rd course student of the Faculty Tourism, Balkhashov Madi, the2-nd course student of the Professional Sport and Martial Arts Faculty.

       On the first day, all the teams got to know each other – they showed their programs. Students of KazAST presented a video that did not leave anyone indifferent. They worthily presented our academy, taking an active part in sports, creative events, as well as intellectual debates. They were honored with numerous diplomas, medals and mementoes; they received an honorary diploma in the nomination  of “Debut of the Meeting”. And, most importantly, our students got a great experience, participating in such a large-scale event.

        “We hope that this is not our last trip, and in the future we will conquer even more countries on the world stage”.
