13th Summer Universiade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Turkestan – First places among men in athletics (three gold, five silver, and two bronze medals)

During the academic year, highly qualified student-athletes had individual study schedules, which allowed them to train and participate in competitions while studying at the Academy, effectively combining training with the educational process.

Currently, 319 students are enrolled in the department, including: 1 Honored Master of Sports (HMS), 12 Masters of Sports of International Class (MSIC), 45 Masters of Sports (MS), 46 Candidates for Master of Sports (CMS), 77 first-class athletes, 71 second–third-class athletes, and 67 without a sports rank.
