– educational practice (Full, 4-year-old on the basis of secondary school, 1st year);

– educational and industrial practice (Full, 4-year on the basis of secondary school, 2nd year; abbreviated 3-year on the basis of Type 1 year of study);

– industrial practice (Full, 4-year-old on the basis of secondary school, 3rd year;);

– industrial and pre-graduate practice (Full, 4-year on the basis of secondary school, 4th year;);

The training practice is conducted in the 1st year. Educational practice is assigned to the graduating department, which provides training for this educational program. The internship program is developed in accordance with the requirements of the educational program. The purpose of the training practice is to acquire primary professional experience and consolidate the theoretical knowledge gained by students in the process of studying at the university on the organization of restaurants and hotels.

Educational and industrial practice is conducted in the 2nd year. Educational and industrial practice is assigned to the graduating department, which provides training for this educational program. The internship program is developed in accordance with the requirements of the educational program. The purpose of the training and production practice is the formation of skills and abilities in solving specific tasks in the field of enterprise management of the hospitality industry based on the study of the principles of their activities.

Industrial practice is conducted in the 3rd year. The production practice is assigned to the graduating department, which provides training for this educational program. The internship program is developed in accordance with the requirements of the educational program. The purpose of the internship is to consolidate the knowledge gained by students in the learning process and to acquire skills in the hospitality industry.

Production and pre-graduate practice is conducted in the 4th year. The industrial and pre-graduate practice is aimed at the comprehensive inclusion of students in practical professional activity at the enterprise of the hospitality industry, the formation of practical skills in solving professional tasks, improving theoretical knowledge and acquiring skills in research activities, as well as the comprehensive inclusion of students in the practical activities of a specialist in the service sector, in accordance with modern requirements for employees of this profile. The purpose of the production and pre-graduate practice is to test a professional position in the conditions of real activity: the formation of professional competence in the hospitality industry, the selection of necessary materials and documentation for research activities.

For students of the MINOR program, an additional module is included in the program of industrial and pre-graduate practice, in accordance with the direction of the chosen trajectory. Tasks with reporting requirements for the module are developed by Minor teachers and heads of departments, coordinating Minor transfer them to the head of the practice for inclusion in the program of industrial and pre-graduate practice, also these teachers, by order of the academy, are part of the commission for the final conference to evaluate the implementation of the practice program as a whole.

– restaurants and hotels: IL BOSCO DI CAFÉ, cafe “DAMI KZ”,  IЕ Taishinov A.K. Hotel “Academic Apartments”, Del Papa, Restaurant “Darejani”, Hotel “Gold Boutique”, IЕ “LAO” coffee shop,  LLP “Media Cafe”, cafe “Publin frish pub” and others.
