Nurmukhanbetova Dinara Kenzheevna

Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, First Vice-Rector – Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Quality of Education at the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism.

In 1986, she graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Physical Culture with the qualification “Teacher of Physical Education.” After graduation, she worked as a physical education teacher at Republican Boarding School No. 2. From 1990 to the present, she has been working at the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism. She advanced from teacher, senior teacher, and associate professor to Head of the Department of Gymnastics and Swimming, Dean of the Faculty of Olympic Sports, and then Vice-Rector for Educational, Sports and Mass Activities (2011–2014). Since 2014, she has served as the First Vice-Rector – Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Quality of Education of KAST.

She is the author of more than 60 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 10 учебных пособий (study guides/textbooks), and holds 5 авторских свидетельств (author’s certificates). She is a member of the UMO-RUMS “Pedagogical Sciences” and Chair of the UMO-GUP for the group of educational programs “Training of Physical Education Teachers.”

She received the title “Best University Teacher” in 2009 and 2020. She was awarded the badge of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Y. Altynsarin” (2018), “For Contribution to the Development of Science” (2024), the badge of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan “For Contribution to the Development of Physical Culture and Sport” (2014), and the medal “For Special Contribution to the Development of the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism” (2019). Under her supervision, two doctoral (PhD) dissertations were defended. She is a Candidate for Master of Sports in swimming and holds the title “Judge of the Highest National Category.”
