DAUKEY DANIYAR – Acting Head of the Department of National SportsBachelor of Business AdministrationMaster of Business Administration MBAGraduated from the Master’s program at Webster University (London, United Kingdom).An active promoter of national sports, particularly Kokpar.
Professional activities focus on developing national sports through the integration of modern educational approaches, project management practices, and international experience.Research interests include the development of national sports, sports project management, sports management and organization, and the promotion of Kokpar in urban environments. The Youth Kokpar League (YKL) was established in 2017 with the aim of promoting and developing the national sport of kokpar among university students. The League’s core activities focus on the systematic engagement of young people in national sports, the organization of sporting competitions, and the enhancement of athletes’ sporting skills.The Daukey Kokpar Club, founded in 2018, serves as a training and educational base dedicated to the development of national sports. The Club’s activities are aimed at training kokpar athletes, improving their professional performance level, and preserving and promoting the traditions of national sports. The Republican National Federation, established in 2023, is a nationwide organization that brings together the regional structures of the Youth Kokpar League. The Federation operates through branches functioning in 12 regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This public association is engaged in organizing and developing mini-kokpar competitions (3×3 format), as well as in their broad promotion. An author of projects and initiatives aimed at the development of national sports. Actively applies international academic experience to the educational process and sports practices. KONAYEV TALGAT- мaster of Education Sciences, senior lecturer of the department, мaster of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan by Kazakh kuresi. А graduate of KazAST, has been working at the department since 2005.
Research area – ways to increase and improve the speed characteristics of athletes. More than 15 scientific and scientific-methodological works have been published, including publications in international peer-reviewed journals included in the Scopus database. KOPZHANOV GALYMZHAN BALYKBAIULY — Master of Pedagogical Sciences, PhD student (doctoral candidate). Senior Lecturer of the Department of National Sports and the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture and Sport. Education: graduate of Ablai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages, ZhGTU, and Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. Rysov Askhat Aitpanbetuly is a physical education lecturer and sports coach, a graduate of the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism (KazAST) with a degree in Physical Culture and Sport. He is a Candidate for Master of Sports in Kazakh wrestling and sambo. His professional specialization includes national equestrian sports such as kokpar, audaryspak, and tenge ilu.
Since 2025, he has been working as a lecturer and coach at the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism. In 2024, he served as a coach in national equestrian sports at the National Equestrian Sports Club of Almaty. Previously, he worked as a coach in national sports at SDYUSHOR No.1 from 2020 to 2024 and at DYUSH No.19 from 2017 to 2020. He holds a high-level first-category qualification as both a coach and a referee in national equestrian sports. In recognition of his professional achievements, he was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Tenge Ilu Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2024 and received the “Best Referee” award from the Audaryspak Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2021, he was presented with a Letter of Appreciation from the President of the National Sports Association. Saidulin Anuar Aniyatuly – Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazakh Wrestling.
Graduate of the Kazakh Sports and Tourism Academy, certified teacher-coach in physical education. Worked at the Department of Physical Education of the T. Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics, served as a Kazakh wrestling coach at Youth Sports School No. 15 in Almaty, and from 2014 to 2018 held the position of Lecturer at the Department of National Sports of the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism (KazAST).
