Achievements of the football department

During its work, the football department achieved many positive results.

Employees of the department participate in various seminars and scientific conferences.

The teacher of the department, Ignatchenko A.S., organizes an online conference with scientists from foreign countries. (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan)

Senior teacher Katkov V.G. Together with the KazAST library, he re-released teaching aids on the topics “Preparatory period” and “Programming the preparation of football teams.”

Senior teacher Khaidarov Kh.S. defended his master’s thesis and received a master’s degree in pedagogical sciences.

Khaidarov Kh.S. awarded the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the festive medal “Kazakhstan Tauelsizdigine 30 years”, and was also awarded the anniversary badge “110 JYL QAZAQ FUTBOLYNA”.

Employees of the department at the “Health” sports competition dedicated to the 80th anniversary of KazAST took second place as a team.

In 2023, the title of ‘Honorary Citizen of the City of Almaty’ was conferred upon Kuralbek Doszhanovich Ordabayev, Senior Lecturer of the department.

Lecturers of the department, A.S. Ignatchenko and E.E. Omarov, successfully confirmed their UEFA coaching categories.
