Since 2012, he has held the position of Vice-President of the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism. In 1996, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk Financial and Economic College named after R. Baiseitov. In 2004, he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism with a degree in Economics and Management in Sports and Tourism. In 2013, he received a second higher education at the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabayev, majoring in “State and Municipal Administration”.

From 1996-2013, he worked in the State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic. Awarded with medals of the 2nd and 3rd degree of the Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, Major of the Customs Service.
