Teaching staff of the Department of winter and difficult-technical sports

 Плахута Г.А. George Andreevich Plakhuta. Head of the department since July 2014, associate professor KazAST. He  graduated from KazIFK in 1981 and after graduation he worked  as a young specialist teacher at the department of skiing. He worked at the department of mass physical culture and health work and tourism for a long time.
 
 Акимов В.И. Viktor Ivanovich Akimov is a master of sports in biathlon, champion of the Soviet Union, candidate of pedagogical sciences, professor of  KazAST. Possessing a high qualification of skier, he achieved considerable success in ski racing, having prepared a remarkable group of outstanding Masters of Sports. V.I. Akimov, carrying out educational and pedagogical instructions of the department, at a high level provides guidance on graduate work of undergraduates and doctoral candidates. V.I.Akimov gives a lot of effort to general university work, being for many years the chairman of the commission of the republican competition of student research projects in the specialty “Physical Culture and Sports”.
 Дельвер П.А.
Peter Antonovich Delver. After graduating from the institute in 1958, he worked at the department as a teacher as one of the best graduates in alpine skiing, a multiple winner of all-union competitions, a participant and medalist at international competitions, a multiple winner of all-union student competitions. In 1975 he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences. In subsequent years, he was several times elected to the position of head of the department, until 1998. In 1998 he received the academic title of professor. He worked as vice-rector for social and economic issues. Since 2000, the professor of the department of winter and complex technical sports. He is an honored coach of the Kazakh SSR, marked by many sports marks of the republican level. P.A. Delver provides high-level leadership of graduate students. He has published over 70 scientific papers. He is a member of the Labor Front of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.

 

 Сакаев Б.А.
Sakayev Bolat Abdygalimovich.  He graduated from the Kazakh State Institute of Physical Culture in 1969 and worked as a teacher at the department of ski sports. Since 1976 to 1984 worked as a senior teacher of the department of physical education KazPI named after Abay. From 1984-1988 – Director of the No. 14 Children’s and Youth Children’s School. Since 1988 to the present, associate professor of the department of winter and complex-technical sports of KazAST, honored coach of the Kazakh SSR in skiing, excellent public education of the Kazakh SSR. Professor KazAST, author of 35 scientific papers and the patented invention “Training Massage Apparatus”. B.A. Sakayev holds a patent for the copyright object entitled “Ski sports. Physical culture and sport electronic text book for students in skiing).
 Киламбаев С.Н. Kilambayev Sultan Nursultanovich graduated of the Kazakh State Institute of Physical Culture. In KazIPhC, and now (Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism) has been working since 1970: he was a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, deputy. Dean of the coaching faculty, vice-rector for the economic part, director of the Museum of Sport and Olympic glory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Kilambaev S.N. has been repeatedly thanked by the leadership of the university, awarded a diploma of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR. In 2006, by the decision of the Academic Council of the Academy, S. N. Kilambaev. Awarded the academic title of professor KazAST. He is the author of two textbooks in the Kazakh language and 26 scientific papers.
 Гуцель Н.А. Guzel Nikolay Alekseevich, senior teacher, associate professor KazAST. He graduated from KazIPhC in 1976 and worked at the department as a teacher. Since 1976 till 1989 he combined the work of a teacher with a job at the Burevestnik RS as a senior alpine skiing coach. In the period from 1981 to 1987 he worked as a coach of the CS “Burevestnik” in alpine skiing on a voluntary basis. From 2001 to 2008, he worked as Secretary General of the Association of Ski Sports in Kazakhstan. Since 2008, he worked as Vice-President of the National Freestyle and Snowboard Federation.
 Канапьянов С.С.
Kanapyanov Serikzhan Satybaldinovich works at the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism since 2016 at the Department of Winter and Complex Technical Sports. From 1988 to 2013 worked at ZhSU named after Zhansugurov in Taldy-Kurgan at the department of sports disciplines. He defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences in 2006. He was awarded the academic title of associate professor in 2010.
 Авсиевич В.Н. Avsiyevich Vitaly Nikolaevich. He graduated from KazAST in 2007. In 2016, he defended his doctoral thesis with the award of a degree doctor PhD. Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in powerlifting. Senior Lecturer. Successfully carries out scientific management of the work of masters and doctoral students of the department, heads the Council of young scientists of  KazAST. Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture magazine. He is the author of more than 50 scientific articles, including those belonging to international scientific bases.
 Акынбаева Ж.С. Akynbayeva Zhursinai Suleimenovna graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Kazakh State University named after al-Farabi in 1998. has the title of master. Currently he is working as a laboratory assistant at the department of winter and complex-technical sports, providing an educational process in the disciplines of specialization.

 

 Синельникова М.В. Sinelnikova Maria Vladimirovna. Candidate master of sports in archery. She graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism in 2015 with a degree on Physical Education and Sport, an archery coach with the qualification “Bachelor of Education”. She studied at the magistracy RSUPhC&S (formerly SCUPhC) from 2016 to 2018, Moscow, Russia. After graduating with honors from September 2018, she has been working at the department. Master. Teacher.

Courses taught: Theory and Methods of Chosen Sport; Improving Psychological and Tactical Training in chosen Sport (Shooting Sport).

 Мухамбет Ж.С. Mukhambet Zhasyn Serikbayuly. Candidate master of sports in biathlon. He graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism in 2015 with a degree on Physical Education and Sport, a ski sports coach with the qualification “Bachelor of Education”. He studied at the magistracy of SAPhC in Kazan, Russia from 2015 to 2017. After graduating with honors from September 2017 he has been working at the department. Master. Teacher.

Courses taught: Theory and Methodology of the Chosen Type of Sport; Improvement of Psychological and Tactical Training in the Chosen Sport (Skiing).
